Tyler and associates did an awesome job on our property. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We had a house built in Seymour, TN two years ago and the contractor left us with a mess - no footer drains (water in the basement) - downspout drains not buried - piles of large rocks - improper drainage, etc. Tyler and his crew, Noah and Tray, came in and expertly evaluated the situation and resolved things quickly and professionally, being sensitive to our budget. Their communication was top-notch, too. Why didn’t we know about them when we built?!? These guys can do it all. We can’t recommend them highly enough. We have experienced bad contractors and Phillips Construction and Excavating LLC are the opposite. Well done.

We have known Tyler since about 2022. Everything we have hired him to do has been done on time and with excellence. He has done electrical work and land clearing here for us in the White Pine, TN area. His crew(s) are outstanding, professional, and always on time. If we trust his company, you can as well. Excellent company and employees!!! They have done electrical, site prep, footers, debris removal, septic installs and final grading for us at Bella Vista Customs LLC. They are the best around with all the right equipment for the job! Verified license and insurance. Professional quotes and invoices.

We have used Phillips Construction & Excavating for both services on large and small projects and they have done an excellent job every time and work to make sure their clients are satisfied. A+ contractor that you can trust and know they will work to make the job go smoothly.

Phillips Excavating has done multiple jobs for me at East Tn Home Builders and White Investment Group. They have always performed quality work in a timely manner. They have installed multiple septic systems for us (one being a pump system), rough grade, final grade, and property clearing. Highly recommend.

Phillips Construction and Excavating LLC did a great job on clearing our lot & installing our footers for our new construction build. Tyler was very professional & prompt from our 1st phone call through the completion of the job. Looking forward to working with them on future projects.
